| You can sign up as an Hospital/Institution or as a Health Care System. | ||||||||||||||||
| Hospital/Facility/Institution Account | ||||||||||||||||

| Hospital/Institution accounts are for single hospitals, out-patient centers, or a program where all of the providers will be assigned to this single account. Hospital/Institution can purchase a modules ($12/module) in their account area after they sign up. Please have your hospital/institution information and the contact information of the person who is going to administer the account to sign up. The account administrator should watch the orientation video so they will know what their responsibilities are for the account. | ||||||||||||||||

| Request a Sign Up Code to Sign Up an Institution Account | ||||||||||||||||
| Enter the SignUp Code that you requested or if, sent an HCS Code from an HCS Administrator, use that code to go to the signup page. | ||||||||||||||||
| Verification Servcice Account | ||||||||||||||||
| Credential Verification Organizations (CVO)/Verification Services can create an account and look up provider modules that they have completed. The verification service must be given permission by an institution/hospital/medical system to view the provider module certificates. | ||||||||||||||||
