Institution Refund Policy:
 
Prior to the subscription only service:
 
Any modules that expire are returned to the institution so no refund is applicable.
 
After the subscription service is started:
 
Any unused modules are credited to the subscription service as subscription time.
For every unused module you will receive 1 year of subscription for 1 user.
 
For Institutions leaving EZCompetency:

If an institution wishes to stop using EZCompetency, any account balance over $100 will be refunded. A $100 charge is applied to all refunds.
 
How to apply for a refund:
 
Email the webmaster at webmaster@ezcompetency.com to apply for a refund.
Please include in the email the reason for the refund and the amount requested. All of the above will apply in all situations.
 
Private User (Non-Institutional User) Refund Policy
 
You must check with an institution/hospital if they accept our certification system prior to purchasing any modules.
Refunds are not granted if an institution does not accept our certification.
Modules are not used until an exam is successfully completed so no refund is required for unused modules.
Modules do not expire. They are in your account until you use them. Your account does not expire also.
A refund only applies on amounts over $50. A $50 charge is applied to all refunds.
