Manual means you send all emails. No automatic emails are sent. If you want to just follow them by email then set the Email Admin... options to Yes. Then just look at the report and watch your emails. You will still have to enter their email address/cell phone.

Automatic is useful for small institutions that don't have alot of updates. Just enter the names and email address/cell phone. Set the dates and modules. They receive emails/texts automatically and they automatically renew. You do nothing other than pay the Purchase order within 90 days, add the new ones, update the current ones, delete the old ones. If there is not a lot of changes this is a good option for a static provider list.

Semi-Automatic, the most common option, is for larger institutions that have a moderate number of changes from year to year. You enter the names and email addresses/cell phones, enter the dates, and then select the modules. Emails/texts are sent automatically, and you follow the reports. You renew them when you want them renewed. You keep tract of the number of modules and purchase modules so you don't run out.

Note: If part of an HCS that oversees the institutions, their settings may over ride your settings. Please coordinate with your HCS Administrator.

If Automatic Selected or AutoReload by Purchase Order - this will be set to no if HCS doesn't allow Institution to charge modules. HCS can have AutoReload by PO AND have Automatic Transfer of Modules to institution (works like institution Autoreload) set to Yes and if so, then the institution can be fully Automatic.

To be fully Automatic when the #Modules gets to a threshold, some option from institution or the HCS must be enabled to allow the modules to be reloaded or users will not be able to do their modules after receiving emails.
