| 1. EZCompetency's Sendgrid/Twilio Opt-In Requirements | ||||||||||||||||
| EZCompetency uses Sendgrid and Twilio to send notifications. Sendgrid is used to send emails and Twilio is used to send Text Messages. They require an Opt-In arrangement. Since you send the hospital your email address and cell phone number and other contact info for them to use to sign you up for various services we require you to opt-in to EZCompetency allow us to send you emails and text messages. You can opt-out at any time by just clicking the unsubscribe link included with the emails to opt-out from the emails. Also you can text back STOP and you will be unsubscribed from the text messages. How to opt-in? You opt in by enabling the Opt-In by making sure the Opt-In radio button is enabled when you log in which is enabled by default. If you don't enable the Opt-in Button and try to log in - the log in will be successful but all notifications will be disabled and you will be automatically logged out. Alternatively you can contact the webmaster to Opt-Out or Opt-In to the emails and/or texts. If you use the automatic longin link in the emails or texts, a link to this page will be on the login welcome page and by continuing using the website you are granting permission to notify you of pending activiites, exam results, and other messages that may be send from Sendgrid/Twilio. Everytime you log in we will save and update your Opt-in selection and update it's selection. At this time, Feb 29, 2024, we do not, nor have plans to, share your information with any third parties. | ||||||||||||||||

| The EZCompetency site requires you to provide certain personally identifiable information in order to use certain "Members Only" features and functions of the site. By providing such information, you consent to our collection and use of it, as described in this Privacy Policy. | ||||||||||||||||
| The information you provide may include information provided during the registration process, including contact information, (such as your name, address and email address) and financial information, such as a credit card number, if you order products or services through the site. This information will be used to process orders and if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your order. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of EZCompetency.
